Cincon Electronics Company, Ltd. warrants its AC-DC and DC-DC power supply products for three (3) years, LED products for three (3) years, from date of shipment, against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty does not extend to products which have been opened, altered or repaired by persons other than persons authorized by Cincon Electronics Company, Ltd. or to products which have become defective due to adverse natural events, negligence or the failure of customer to fully follow instructions with respect to installation, application or maintenance. This warranty is extended directly by Cincon Electronics Company, Ltd. to the buyer and is the sole warranty applicable.

EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTY, THE MANUFACTURER MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

As the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty, Cincon Electronics Company, Ltd., at its option, may repair at its factories or at buyers location or replace the non conforming product or issue credit, provided that Cincon Electronics Company, Ltd. inspection establishes the existence of a defect. To exercise this remedy, the buyer must contact Cincon Electronics Company, Ltd. or its authorized distributor, if product was purchased from distributor, for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment. Freight charges incurred in returning the defective products to Cincon Electronics Company, Ltd. will be paid by the Cincon Electronics Company, Ltd.. If the buyer fails to fully comply with the foregoing, buyer shall not be entitled to any allowance or claim with respect to such product. The buyer agrees that no other remedy (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages for lost profits, lost sales, injury to person or property or any other incidental or consequential losses) shall be available to the buyer.
